Joe Huck President and Owner  Joe began his career in the HVAC/Plumbing industry in 1974 serving a local heating and cooling company until 1985. In 1985, he founded Davis-Huck Heating and Air Conditioning and later founded Huck Heating and Cooling serving the Indianapolis area. Huck Heating and Cooling became Dial One Huck Heating, Cooling Plumbing and More in 2001. Joe purchased Williams Comfort Air in May, 2007 and Metzler’s Plumbing (now called Metzler’s Mr. Plumber) in April 2008. Joe is a native Hoosier, graduating from Roncalli High School and attending the School of Architecture at Purdue University. He has also attended many trade-related schools and seminars. Joe is a member of the Heating and Cooling Association of Central Indiana and The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis, Angie’s List and the Better Business Bureau. "Doing the right thing on behalf of the customer – whatever it takes" is Joe’s belief in providing the very best service to his clients and delivering comfort to their homes in a timely manner. He strives to set a daily example of integrity for his team by always putting the client’s needs before his own schedule. He believes that customers want… “someone who wants the job to be done better than they do”… and he strives for that excellence. Joe has been married to Donna since 1984 and has been blessed with five children and five wonderful grandchildren. He enjoys running and NASCAR as well as fishing with his father and son… and one day his grandchildren.
Jeff Kirkhoff Plumbing Manager and Owner  Jeff has been in the plumbing trade for 36 years. He owned and operated a plumbing company for 19 years, which he sold to a major consolidator in 1996. He then began working with a large HVAC company developing and growing a plumbing service department within the organization. In April of 2008, he left this company to become a partner at Williams Comfort Air and to manage the plumbing side of the business, Metzler’s Mr. Plumber. Jeff graduated from St. Mary’s High School located in Kentucky and attended 3 years of college. He served 7 years with Mechanical Skills apprenticeship training school as a committee member and substitute teacher. He continues to serve the Indiana Plumbing Commission as a proctor for the State exam. He has been doing this for 21 years. Jeff believes in quality work and complete customer satisfaction. He enjoys using his many years of experience to train our plumbers, knowing that our customers will benefit from this. Having very experienced and well trained technicians assures that the customer receives the best service possible. Jeff has been married to Mary for 37 years and has two children. He enjoys playing golf and playing cards socially with friends. Dan Lockart, Jr. General Manager and Owner .jpg) Dan has built his career in the HVAC/Plumbing industry from the ground up. He was an installer for 11 years, a service technician for 8 years and has spent the last 6 years in service management. Dan became a partner in Williams Comfort Air in May, 2007. Dan is a native Hoosier who graduated from Mount Vernon High School. He later graduated from ITT Technical Institute and attended numerous trade-related training seminars. He is certified by North American Technicians Excellence (NATE), holds a heat pump certification and has an Indianapolis Master Unlimited Air Conditioning License. "It takes a team to provide service excellence to our clients" is Dan’s long-time belief. Teamwork, mutual respect and performing each task – no matter how small – with integrity is the key to providing excellence in customer service. Dan encourages his team to strive for excellence in their careers and in their personal lives, reminding them of their responsibilities to their customers, co-workers and families. Dan draws upon the hundreds of experiences that he has encountered over the years to help his team when they are faced with difficult circumstances. Dan is married to Trina and has a daughter. He enjoys many outdoor recreations and shares his home with six (6) English Mastiffs. Tom Doll Sales Manager and Owner  Tom began his career in the HVAC/Plumbing industry in 1982 as an installer and technician and has served as a sales manager since 1995. Tom’s experience in the “hands-on” installation and service areas makes him an invaluable to both the team and the customer. Tom is able to benefit his clients with his practical knowledge of heating and cooling as it applies to best meeting their needs. Likewise, he is able to pass on this knowledge to the Williams Comfort Air Comfort Consultants for the benefit of all clients. Tom became a partner in Williams Comfort Air in May, 2007. Tom graduated in Batesville, Indiana. He lived in Arizona for seven years and completed four years of Technical School. "Assess the client’s needs and then recommend the best options" is Tom’s philosophy. He emphasizes to his team that listening to the customer is critical and presenting a solution that best fits their needs… not what the consultant would like to sell… is the right way to do business. Tom enjoys horseback riding, camping, the great outdoors and football.
Jacob Huck Controller and Owner  Jacob was raised in the heating and cooling industry as a part of Huck Heating and Cooling. His career took a different path into the world of computers and information systems that led him to positions at Intel Corporation and Interactive Intelligence. He rejoined forces with his father, Joe, as a partner in Williams Comfort Air in 2007. Jacob is a native Hoosier, graduating from Hamilton Southeastern High School and receiving a BS in Computer Science and Math from Purdue University. Jacob works behind the scenes to provide a fluid and efficient work environment that is technologically supported, allowing the rest of the team to be customer-focused. He encourages his team and adds a different insight and perspective to customer satisfaction goals. Jacob is married and has one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family. Josh Huck Service Manager and Owner  Josh was raised in the heating and cooling industry as a part of Huck Heating and Cooling. He has served in many capacities... installation, customer service, marketing and informational systems. Josh became a partner in Williams Comfort Air in May, 2007. Josh is a native Hoosier, graduating from Hamilton Southeastern High School and attending the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Josh challenges his team by setting an example of doing the right thing, involving others and taking care of their customers’ needs at all times. He stresses to always ask “why” and to learn from each success and problem. Josh will wed his financé Sarah in September, 2010. Tom Melangton New Construction Sales Manager .jpg) Tom began his career in the HVAC industry 25 years ago with Sears. He has spent the last 15 years with Williams Comfort Air. Tom is affiliated with many local organizations. He serves as a board member for Boca Vista, DW, and NAHA. He is a member of Radiant Christian Life Church and the Woodland Country Club. Tom emphasizes integrity in his daily interactions with builders and his team. He believes that integrity is a key in building long-term relationships with the new construction community. Many new homeowners continue to rely upon Williams Comfort Air because of the referrals given by their builder as a result of the builder’s experiences with the quality and integrity of our work. Tom is married and has one son. He enjoys fishing, boating and spending time at the Woodland Country Club. Mike Lockart Field Supervisor  Mike began his career in the HVAC industry in 21 years ago. He has worked for several local heating and cooling companies and joined Williams Comfort Air in 2007. Mike has lived in Indiana for 39 years and graduated from Mount Vernon High School. He certified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and North American Technicians Excellence (NATE) and has completed two years of vocational training and many trade-related seminars. "Installing the job correctly and neatly in a timely manner" is Mike’s vision of service excellence. Mike previews all installations for the accuracy of ordering materials and properly scheduling time and crew. He reviews each installation with the installation crew, ensuring that any possible questions or concerns are addressed before they arrive at the customer’s home. He also checks in during the installations to check for unexpected issues. Mike has two children. He enjoys fishing, boating and coaching baseball. Laura Petty Service Coordinator  Laura has been with Williams Comfort Air for 11 years serving our great customer base. She has built a long-term relationship with our customers and is a familiar, friendly voice when our customers call us. Laura graduated from Carmel High School and received her Bachelor’s degree and MBA from Ball State University. "Service excellence is the quality that sets Williams Comfort Air above our competition" is Laura’s firm belief. She leads her team by example – striving to ensure that all of her daily interactions positively affect the relationships with her team and her customers.
Kevin Toole New Construction Supervisor .jpg) Kevin has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry. During that time, he has served as an installer, service technician and manager with Williams Comfort Air. Kevin attended ITT Technical Institute and has attended many trade-related schools and seminars. He is certified by North American Technicians Excellence (NATE). By "Doing what we say and standing behind our work ", Kevin believes that long-term relationships with our customers are established and maintained. He encourages his team by being positive and reminding them that, without the customers, there would be no business. Using the many experiences that he has had, Kevin mentors his team in satisfying a customer’s needs. Kevin enjoys watching stock car races during his free time. Terry Biggs New Construction Supervisor  Terry has a long-standing career in the HVAC industry. He has served in installation, service and repair, duct design and engineering, geothermal installation, radiant installation, design and management. Terry has lived in Hamilton County for 38 years. He graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School and ITT Technical Institute. He is certified by North American Technicians Excellence (NATE). "Do the job as if you were doing it for your own family" is Terry’s service philosophy. He strives to provide service excellence in a prompt and quality fashion that is very rare today. Terry has experienced all facets of the heating and cooling industry and knows what the customer wants and how to meet their expectations. Terry is married and has three children. He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys competition diesel truck-pulling.
